Rooms are $250 single room, $300 double room ($270 single occupancy), bills are $20pp. A self-contained 2-bedroom apartment, fully furnished. Brand new mattresses with protectors and bedding all provided, so you don’t need to bring anything. What’s included: • bills included subject to reasonable use - no separate accounts or split bills to manage • Small on-site gym, free for tenants to use • No parking on-site, but a car park can be arranged with the building (subject to availability) - public transport covers the city easily from here Why Hobson Street: • Right in the CBD - walk to the Sky Tower, Viaduct Harbour, and Wynyard Quarter for waterfront dining and bars • Close to Queen Street for shopping and nightlife • Britomart train station and the Northern Busway are both an easy walk - simple day trips or airport bus access • Minutes from Auckland’s food scene, from cheap eats to fine dining • Ferries to Waiheke Island and Devonport leave from the downtown terminal, a short walk away A great fit if you’re: On a working holiday or new to New Zealand - I’m happy to help you get set up: SIM card/mobile plans, things to see and do around Auckland, general settling-in advice Good to know: • Currently setting up the apartment and replacing old mattresses, so new photos are coming soon - in the meantime, happy to arrange a visit • I may need to access the apartment occasionally for routine care/maintenance, or new flatmate interviews, always with notice
