We're looking for respectful and considerate flatmates who will help maintain a clean and comfortable home for everyone. Keep shared areas (kitchen, dining, living room, and laundry) clean and tidy after use. Wash and put away your dishes promptly. Be respectful of other flatmates by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No smoking or vaping inside the property. No parties or excessive alcohol consumption. Overnight guests are welcome occasionally but require prior approval from the property manager. Please report any maintenance issues as soon as possible. Treat the property, furniture, and appliances with care. Follow the rubbish and recycling schedule and dispose of waste responsibly. The property is kept secure at all times so please lock doors and windows when leaving. We're hoping to find someone who enjoys a friendly, peaceful, and respectful shared living environment.
