hello! I'm listing the availability of a small room (unfurnished) available in a wonderful retro house in Strathmore Park 🤩 It's available from 1st August, short or long term for $200 pw excl. bills. You'll be sharing the house with 2 alternative/arty people, and a cute elderly cat. There is an option to have your own cat in the future. Sorry - strictly no dogs. The room features a modern built-in wardrobe, and the sliding doors open to the back garden. We have ample garden space to set up plantings, a big lounge with a projector screen (movie nights are common!), and a sunny kitchen area. We're on the number 4 bus route which provides an easy way to the CBD and amenities. The abode also has off-street parking space. We would prefer females or femme - identifying people, but are opened minded to offer the room to the right person. LGBTQi friendly.
